Rule 17 on 'Rules for posting on the SANParks Forums' states that
posts made my members on this Forum become the property of the Forums,
does this include the photo's. Perhaps one of the mods could clarify this
for us.

According to Copyrights & law on "Intellectual Property" you are allowed to make a few waves. I would go for it if I was you guys.

& looking at the sight they are dang expensive too. :whistle:

My website, not to be posted here as it will be advertising, :twisted:

only has photos that was taken by myself. These are a bunch of lazy guys, getting on the gravy train if you ask me. :twisted:

Just think if the owners are forumites. :tongue:

Nope, it never does. You are the sole owner of your photos.

Looking thru that site...I see alot of VERY familiar pictures!!!! :sniper:

They used Dinkybird's pics of GGHNP.... :shock:

I managed to get into the offending site earlier Now its taking for ever to down load...Maybe they are trying to get rid of those piccies ...Its a pity they are alllowed to have a site with a webname such as Kruger.. lets hope its sorted soon.
