The FU4V's are really stunning accom. A year ago they were busy with renovations near the FU4V's, but that was a year ago!

FU4V's are at the bottom end of the camp, very close to the fence with a stunning view on the river. Nice braai patio too.

Hope the work has been completed - the Formites will let you know soon enough

Rooikat, Pay no attention to the building thing, I stayed there January 2012 and 12 April this year and all the work is finished. Bit expensive but really worth it. It has two separate bedrooms with a kitchen dining room area,two bathrooms. Beautiful braai area outside with built in bench area. And the view!!!!

Yes, you are right, the old no 26 burned down in October 2011.

The new tent is handicapped-suited. Unfortunately, the braai is not on the verandah anymore. It has been moved to a separate location beside the tent. But the tent is brand new and a lot bigger than the old ones. The kitchen is now inside the tent and the verandah is much bigger as well. The bathroom is at the back of the tent.

We stayed in no 27 but I was allowed to have a look inside by the cleaning lady and thus did not take pics of the interior.

The view was good in 2011 and should be even better now since the verandah seems to be a bit closer to the fence.
