I know this has been answered a thousand times, but I can't find the info, nor specifics on the sanparks website.
We need probably the cheapest housing there is, as long as there are beds, toilet, and would prefer an area with fridge and maybe microwave. Can someone explain camps vs. huts vs any thing else VERY cheap? We will stay 4-5 nights.
Also, I understand there is a daily park fee of what I believe is $45/U.S.?
Our main objective is elephants and zebras, southern part of the park.
Thanks so very much for detailed info...we're starting on a rush to pull this together finally, and I haven't gotten a reply from sanparks and several other places I have contacted yet.

Hello there ... If you want to be down South try Lower Sabie especially the tented river view tents . They are en suite with two beds, and a Kitchenette on the deck facing the river . Microwaves are not often found in the cheaper accommodation . They also have huts but you have communal ablutions . The tents have ceiling fans which I find quite adequit. Camp sites are very reasonabl but then you have to carry all your stuff with you . Yes there is a daily conservation fee and as you sound as if you are from Over the sea It might be best to buy a wild card . look that up on the forum . If you are in a Sanpark for only a few days its best to pay the conservation fee. But you can use that card for things like Cape point and the Boulders and any other SANpark or KZN park or Cape Nature . Look up the camps from A-Z under Kruger and check out the accommodation options All the prices and a description of the accommodation is gic-ven
