The cul-de-sac that turns left off the Orpen - Satara road - right at the end you have a view of the river?

Naomi c wins this round . It is a few km's before Bobbejaankrantz .
There are many more places along the S39 where one can view the Timbavati river .

I think it's Olifants trail camp , although when I was there in 1990 that screen of poles wasn't up yet .

These weird and wonderful spots take a lot of us poor people who can't afford trails etc out of the equation!... :(

(Just saying... :) )

Next one - a tourist road, nearest windmill will suffice!

A nice explanation of the situation would also be in order!

Matjulu windmill / waterhole at entrance to access road to Wolhuter / Bushman trail , a few km north of Berg en Dal .
Rockslide scoured away vegetation , occured early 2000 , there was a lot of flooding at the time in southern lowveld .
