Rather difficult to answer as each camp really represents a different biome and eco system in the park,(which makes them all special), but if pushed would have to go for Shingwedzi, Letaba, Oliphants and CB

Location: NOT where I want to be!!
I'm going to cheat...
I dream of the whole of Kruger and being anywhere at any given time in Kruger is better than being where I am now. :wall: But if we must do the favorite camp thing... :hmz:

Shingwedzi  , Letaba  , Orpen (also a most disgusting camp, don’t even think of booking there) 8) , LS  , and that awful camp in the south, CB 8) 8) . I can completely understand why BB and Bundi want others to stay away from it, and it should be avoided at al costs. Miserable place to say the least. :naughty: Rather leave it to the peole like us wo is used to hill-billy conditions to sweat it out there and to keep the place afloat...

What do you mean; problems with selecting one camp??? We have problems selecting 3 or 4 camps for our annual trip... :hmz: !

We tend to try and not do the same camps every year. But I will always try to include Shingwidzi.

I understand your problem there Albert! We all know that all Kruger's camps offer something special!
I was just saying this topic is about the ONE camp that has stood the test of time

I see Leanawel was assigned Lower Sabie
Bush Baptist at Tamboti death zone
Grantmissy with Shing :D

By the way according to the poll, Satara is the forums favorite camp. Lower Sabie in second, and Shingwedzi in third 8)

My favourite camp will always be Biyamiti  .Have to book a year in advance to stand a change to get the specific days you want to stay where dark is still pitch dark and night sounds are as clear as cristal .
