Can I still bring the salad as I bought stuff for it today I will make a beeg one..
DB you just need to follow the smell of horse poo and you will get to Scouters .. ( though come to think of it lotas of peeps in that area have horses . Rather look for the house with the wee black and tan doggy .

Eish, if DB follows the horse manure smell she will probably land up at the Riding Centre or 'Lil Welshies or another one of umpteen places that have more than one horse - producing MUCH more pong than my teeny little pony does - by the way Hugh, I have 3 bags filled about a third full each of nice mature pony-poop for you - is that enough or would you want more ???

I can send the wee black and tan puppy to the bottom of the drive to show people where to come if you like

Thanks scouter I think three half filled bags is great .. We dont have old venture anymore and the Qashqai s boot is not enormous .. If I need more I will have to visit again ~~

The only wee thing about him is that he just about has me "weeing" in my" best broeks" when he comes charging down the driveway to meet me. He then takes my arm in his "wee " mouth and proceeds to lead me up the driveway....somehow or other one doesn't srgue with 'wee' Storm.
But Dream, the Horse, is a different story...
Hugh how can you say this beautiful horse leaves stinky parcels lying around....

You didn't see Dream today !!! She had a lekker roll after it rained but she's so tubby she only rolled on one side but she was BLACK MUD all over that one side !!! Not pretty .....

OK, as a newbie to all this. I'm a bit confused? With the bring & braai we were to bring our braai meat plus something - salads, sweet - for the communal table - right?

So now that it's 'pot luck' we must bring some sort of main dish, in addition to what we were bringing for the communal table?

My 'problem' being that I have limited cooking facilities (& limited time), so will see what I can manage

Sorry for the change of plan arks Truely, anything is fine - even chips and dips will do fine - or a box of frozen sausage roll thingies I can pop in the oven .....
